Immigration Fees - Advice / Consultation £100.00 per 30 minute meeting Plus VAT where applicable
Our fees vary from area to area within Immigration however we have broken down the sub areas for your ease of reference and attached a summary of what this entails as well as the price range of each area. The fees vary depending on the complexity of the matter and whether the opinion of Counsel would be required as well as attendance by Counsel.

Naturalisation
Upon completion of either the 6 year or 10 year route, an application to be naturalised within the United Kingdom as a British Citizen which will allow you to further obtain a British Passport.Naturalisation fee

Stateless Child Application
Minors who have completed a minimum of 7 years within the United Kingdom, holding no national identity (passport) of any Country, and is considered to be Stateless. Appeals - Judicial Review Applications
Judicial Review applicationsThe fee will include the initial consultation, advice and options available by our specialist senior advisor, applications for Judicial Review on instances where the applicant has been refused in relevant matters. This entails the completion of the pre-action protocol, and submission judicial review bundle to relevant bodies. General management of the matter until a decision has been reached.

Appeals to First Tier Tribunals
Appeals to First Tier TribunalApplications to First Tier Tribunal in response to a refusal of a Visa Application.
