Our fees for acting on behalf of a client in a residential Conveyancing mater would largely depend on the value of the property as well as numerous other factors.

Our fees: £950.00 – 1500.00 + VAT @ 20%
Acting on behalf of lender £250.00 + VAT @ 20%
Stamp Duty From: £250.00 + VAT @ 20%
Plus disbursements

Registered Land: Purchase: LEASEHOLD

Our fees: £950.00 – 1500.00 + VAT @ 20%
Acting on behalf of lender: £250.00 + VAT @ 20%
Stamp Duty From: £250 + VAT @20%

In addition in a Purchase where a Section 42 Notice would need to be sent we would also charge an additional £350.00 plus VAT.
