We will meet with the client provide advice and talk through what documentation and information is required to obtain Probate. After having collated all of the documentation required we will prepare all Probate and Inheritance Tax forms and submit them on behalf of our client.

OUR FEES:  PROBATE:

Our Fees: 1% of the estate or a minimum of £3500.00, whichever is the greater of the two + disbursements

The above fee includes us providing our client with advice, preparing and submitting the relevant forms and obtaining the Grant of Probate on behalf of the executors of the estates or the administrators of the estate as the case may be. Our fees DO NOT include Transfers of the assets and we would charge an additional amount for this.
